SERVICES

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Kaleria Aesthetic Allure provides LPG massage and aesthetic services, including but not limited to body contouring, skin firming, lymphatic drainage, and facial sculpting.

Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the descriptions of our products and services on the website, but we cannot guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

BOOKING

All appointment requests are processed via our website, direct message, online chat, or phone.

To book an appointment, please provide:

• The procedure you need

• Your first and last name

• Your email (for appointment confirmation)

• Your phone number (for SMS reminders)

• A convenient date and time slot

DEPOSITS

We reserve the right to request a deposit to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with our cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

​

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

• In this case, your deposit or prepaid session will be applied toward your next appointment.

• If cancellation or rescheduling occurs less than 24 hours in advance, the session will be deducted from your package or, for single services, the deposit will be forfeited, requiring a new deposit for rebooking.

• No-shows without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service or session deduction from your package.

 

Additional Terms for Service Packages:

• Missed sessions are considered used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

• In unforeseen circumstances, a one-time reschedule may be allowed at our discretion.

• Packages have a validity period, after which unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded or extended.

 

We appreciate your cooperation in scheduling responsibly to ensure the best experience for all clients.

RUNNING LATE

​

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, please text or call us. Any time lost due to lateness will cut into your service duration, but services will still be charged at full price.

We schedule appointments back-to-back and cannot use another client’s time.

VISITING RULES

​

No extra guests, including relatives, unless both are receiving services.

No pets.

No children. Our space is not an ideal environment for kids.

If you want to fully enjoy your time at our salon, please attend alone.

PAYMENT

​

You agree to pay for all services provided by Kaleria Aesthetic Allure at the rates in effect at the time of service. Payment is due at the time of service.
REFUNDS

No refunds will be given for services that have been rendered.

LIABILITY

Kaleria Aesthetic Allure and its employees are not liable for any injuries or damages you may sustain as a result of the services provided.
WAIVER

By visiting our salon, using the services, and purchasing products of Kaleria Aesthetic Allure, you hereby waive any and all claims against Kaleria Aesthetic Allure and its employees for any injuries or damages that you may sustain as a result of the services provided.

You will be asked to fill out an Appointment Waiver Form before receiving any services.

The services provided by Kaleria Aesthetic Allure are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical conditions. If you have any medical concerns, please consult with a doctor.

Service results may vary depending on the individual.

Kaleria Aesthetic Allure is not responsible for any allergic reactions you may experience from the services provided. If you have any allergies, please inform us before your appointment.

By booking our services on the website or through any other method, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
